Liam Twigger (Managing Director)

Liam has over 25 years experience in the fields of investment banking and corporate finance.  In 1995, he established Macquarie Bank’s Bullion and Commodities division in Perth and was promoted to Head of Macquarie Bank Limited in Western Australia. In 1997 Liam was recruited to head up Bankers Trust’s investment banking activities in Western Australia. Following the sale of Bankers Trust Australia Limited in 1999, Liam became a founding principal of PCF Capital Group. In addition to overseeing all PCF Capital businesses, Liam is also actively involved in the  Corporate Advisory and Corporate Finance divisions.

Liam is also a Director of the Gold Corporation Board and Chairman of Football West Limited.

   

Mike Sperinck (Technical Director)

Mike has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. In 2004, Mike started Luiri Gold, with an early stage gold project in Zambia which he listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in 2006.  He managed the company through the market crash of 2008 and in late 2009 the company dual listed on the ASX with a JORC resource of 800,000 ounces. Prior to 2004, he was at RSG Global where he carried out resource estimates, bankable due diligence studies and technical audits worldwide.  He also spent many years working in Africa including being a member of the Randgold Resources executive team that took the Morila deposit from discovery to a plus 5 Moz gold mine in four years.

   

Graeme Testar Director at PCF Capital

Graeme Testar (Director)

Graeme joined PCF in 2012 and brings over 25 years experience covering Corporate Finance, Treasury and Financial Markets to the organisation. Prior to joining PCF, Graeme’s roles included managing the financing function at Iron Ore miner Murchison Metals, as it sought to develop the Oakajee Port and Rail solution in the midwest.  He was also Group Treasurer of Babcock & Brown subsidiary, WestNet Infrastructure Group, which was owner of the regulated gas distribution and below rail business in Western Australia. Graeme also spent over 14 years as Divisional Director at Financial Risk group Oakvale Capital, where he led the national financial risk advisory and treasury business which covering clients in mining, manufacturing, utility, financial services, government and retail organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

   

Antoine Darque at PCF Capital

Antoine Darque (Associate Director)

Antoine Darque is an Associate Director at PCF Capital. Prior to corporate advisory, Antoine worked as an engineer and consultant, principally in upstream oil and gas projects. He holds an MBA (Tracey Horton Scholar) from The University of Western Australia and an MEng (First Class Honours) from The University of Manchester. Since 2009, Antoine has worked on various engineering projects and studies in the United Kingdom, West Africa and Australia. When on secondment to a small oil company in 2012, he co-authored an Oil Field Development Plan that successfully obtained full Gabonese State approval. In 2013, Antoine analysed Woodside’s operations (Angel & Ngujima-Yin) and delivered key strategy documents to assist the Asset Managers’ decision making and planning. During 2015, he engineered and managed implementation approvals for safety modifications on the Okha FPSO for Woodside Energy.
