Liam Twigger - Managing Director B.Ec (UWA) ASA Grad Dip. Bus, CPA 

Liam has over twenty years experience in the fields of investment banking and corporate finance. In 1995, he established Macquarie Bank's Bullion and Commodities division in Perth and was promoted to Head of Macquarie Bank Limited in Western Australia. In 1997 Liam was recruited to head up Bankers Trust's investment banking activities in Western Australia. In 1999, following the sale of Bankers Trust Australia Limited, Liam became a founding principal of PCF Capital Group.

   
John Correia - Director Corporate Finance B.Bus (Curtin), Grad Dip (FINSIA)

John joined PCF after a 17 year banking career with Bank of Scotland International and leading their project finance team in Perth. Prior to this role, John was Senior Manager Corporate Banking and Project Finance with BankWest. John has been involved in numerous mining, oil and gas and infrastructure financings, covering all aspects of deal origination, structuring, deal team management, documentation and client relationships. John also lectures at FINSIA on Bank Lending and Project Finance and is a licensed Finance Broker in Western Australia.

   
Trevor Benson Trevor Benson - Director, Corporate Advisory B.Sc (UWA)

Trevor has over 20 years experience in stock broking and the investment banking industry. Before joining PCF Capital Group he was a Director of Corporate Advisory at Argonaut Capital having previously held other positions including Head of Corporate Finance and Operations for Tolhurst InterFinancial in Perth and Head of Bell Potter Securities in Perth. Trevor has extensive experience in merger and acquisitions and equity capital markets having facilitated many transactions within the resource and oil and gas sector, and within the mid-cap industrial sector primarily in mining and engineering services. Other functions have involved secondment to a major engineering company and advising companies on restructuring and listing on AIM in London.

   
Mike Sperinck Mike Sperinck – Technical Director B.Sc (Geol & Chem) (South Africa)

Mike has over 30 years experience in the mining industry.  After completing his degree in geology in South Africa, he joined Gold Fields of SA where he spent over 15 years working in various positions culminating in his role heading up the valuation department.

In 1996 he joined Randgold and Exploration and in 1997 became a part of the Randgold Resources Executive Management team after the listing of that company in London.  One of the highlights of his career was being part of the RRL team that took the Morila deposit from discovery to a plus 5 Moz gold mine in four years. In 2001, Mike joined RSG Global in Perth as Manager, Technical Services where he played a lead role in the company and carried out bankable due diligence studies, resource estimates and technical audits worldwide.

In 2004, Mike left RSG Global to take up the position as Managing Director of Luiri Gold, an unlisted exploration company with an advanced project in Zambia in which he was a founding shareholder.  In 2006 he listed the company on the TSX Venture exchange.  As president and CEO, he managed the company through the market crash of 2008 and in late 2009 the company dual listed on the ASX and completed an A$8m underwritten fund raising.  Mike has taken the project to a JORC compliant resource of 800,000 ounces at less than $10/ounce.  He has recently resigned from Luiri Gold due to a change of control.

   
Helen Przbylski - Associate Director BSc (Geol) (Macquarie), MBA (MGSM)

Helen is a geologist and has over 10 years experience in open cut and underground mining operations. Prior to joining PCF, Helen worked in an operational capacity as a resource and mine geologist in the West Australian goldfields for Pancontinental, Goldfields Ltd and Placer Dome, and in the Atacama Region of Chile. Having gained accreditation as a Six Sigma Black Belt, she has also worked in process improvement for BHP Billiton (Iron Ore) and for Bartter-Steggles in Sydney. Helen has recently completed her MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
   
Heidi Ellis Heidi Ellis - Manager Corporate Finance  B.Comm (Finance, Economics & Banking) (UWA)

Heidi graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and joined PCF following 3 years working at UBS Investment Bank in London. At UBS, Heidi worked on the Equity Derivatives trading floor and was responsible for trade execution and resolving risk issues on the European Index desk. Before moving to London, Heidi worked at Sanford Securities in Perth as a Retail Broking Representative. At PCF, Heidi’s focus is on research, project finance, asset valuations and financial modeling.

   
Adam James Adam James - Business Analyst B.Sc (Math), B.Comm (Fin Hons.) (Curtin)

Adam graduated with First Class Honours Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science degrees from Curtin University. In 2009 Adam joined the Risk Management team of Bankwest as a Credit Risk Analyst focusing on Risk Analytics and Credit model development. During his time at Bankwest, Adam was involved in a number of high profile projects including development and implementation of provision, regulatory capital and business models. Adam brings this quantitative experience to PCF, focusing on research, project finance, valuations and financial modeling.

   
Meegan Bullock - Manager Finance and Administration B.Comm (Acct & Bus Law) (Curtin)

Meegan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University and has 7 years experience in finance and administration including 2 years experience working in corporate governance with the National Heritage Memorial Fund in the United Kingdom. Meegan has completed Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance Broking) with FINSIA and more recently her Certificate of Governance Practice with Chartered Secretaries Australia.
