Liam Twigger – Managing Director B.Ec (UWA) ASA Grad Dip. Bus.
Liam has over twenty years experience in the fields of investment banking and corporate finance. In 1995, he established Macquarie Bank's Bullion and Commodities division in Perth and was promoted to Head of Macquarie Bank Limited in Western Australia. In 1997 Liam was recruited to head up Bankers Trust's investment banking activities in Western Australia. In 1999, following the sale of Bankers Trust Australia Limited, Liam became a founding principal of PCF Capital Group.

Edmund Ainscough – Director Corporate Advisory B.Sc Hons (Geol) MAusIMM, FGS
Ed was most recently the General Manager, Corporate Development for Gold Fields Ltd, the world’s fourth largest gold company. Ed has over 20 years experience, ranging from senior executive and general management to operational roles across a variety of disciplines, together with direct production experience in gold and base metals in Australia, Africa, U.K and New Zealand. Ed has delivered business opportunities for Gold Fields, focussing on the Asia/Pacific region and significant achievements include successfully executing a strategic alliance with Sino Gold in China and the acquisition of a major equity position in Conquest Mining.

John Correia – Director Corporate Finance B.Bus (Curtin), Grad Dip (FINSIA)
John joined PCF after a 17 year banking career with Bank of Scotland International and leading their project finance team in Perth. Prior to this role, John was Senior Manager Corporate Banking and Project Finance with BankWest. John has been involved in numerous mining, oil and gas and infrastructure financings, covering all aspects of deal origination, structuring, deal team management, documentation and client relationships. John also lectures at FINSIA on Bank Lending and Project Finance and is a licensed Finance Broker in Western Australia.

Helen Przybylski - Manager, MinesOnline.com.
Helen is a geologist and has over 10 years experience in open cut and underground mining operations. Prior to joining PCF, Helen worked in an operational capacity as a resource and mine geologist in the West Australian goldfields for Pancontinental, Goldfields Ltd and Placer Dome, and in the Atacama Region of Chile. Having gained accreditation as a Six Sigma Black Belt, she has also worked in process improvement for BHP Billiton (Iron Ore) and for Bartter-Steggles in Sydney. Helen has recently completed her MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management. |

Adam Kiley – Executive B.Com (Curtin), CPA, Grad Cert (FINSIA)
Adam has over 5 years experience in the mining industry. Since joining PCF, Adam has been extensively involved in project valuations, financial modelling and strategic reviews. Prior to joining PCF Adam worked for Lionore Mining International Limited in both corporate and mine site accountant positions, having spent time at the Thunderbox Gold Operation and Lake Johnston Nickel Operations in Western Australia. Adam is a qualified CPA and currently undertaking his Masters in Mineral Economics at the Western Australian School of Mines at Curtin University.

Tim McClelland – Executive B.Com (Murdoch), MAp.F (FINSIA)
Tim has 5 years experience across corporate finance, risk management and treasury-related roles. Tim has worked for Marsh Ltd in a risk management capacity before moving to HBOS Australia in 2006. At HBOS Australia, Tim worked in the Asset and Liability Management team which was responsible for financial modelling and mitigating specific market risks. Tim has also completed a post-graduate Master of Applied Finance at FINSIA and is involved with PCF Asset Finance, MinesOnline.com and corporate advisory activities.

Meegan Anderson – Associate B.Com (Curtin) Cert IV Finance Broking (FINSIA)
Meegan has 7 years experience in corporate finance and administration including 2 years experience in corporate governance in the United Kingdom. Meegan has completed Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance Broking) with FINSIA and is involved in managing asset divestment processes, coordinating equipment finance transactions, MinesOnline.com and overseeing corporate governance and marketing at PCF Capital Group.
